Don't bother with the 3.2 inch version of this antenna. I bought it and drove around with it for a week and I was really disappointed. All of these folks that say there was no signal loss must live in the middle of the city. I am an hour outside of NYC and usually pick up NY, NJ and Philly stations. With the 3.2 inch almost all of them just disappeared. Stations that would normally come in between fair-to-good were almost completely gone. I ordered the 7 inch of the same brand and it was a huge difference. As a test I set my 12 presets to stations with different strength levels. In my driveway with the 3.2 inch antenna I got only 2 of 12 with good strength. I then replaced it with the 7 inch and got 8 of 12 of the same stations under the exact same circumstances. Needless to say, the 3.2 inch is being returned.

I really like this antenna replacement. Was a perfect fit on my 2014 Dodge Dart GT. I wanted something sportier than the original longer antenna. I tried other shorter antennas but none had the the perfect flared edge that blends perfectly with the antenna base, just like the OEM antenna.After several months of use I could did not notice any lost radio station reception within city range.I wanted a good mix of looks and reception and this works perfectly.The screw connection worked perfectly without any extra adapters to get stuck in the base. This antenna screws in perfectly in place of your OEM antenna. It is a high quality rubber and although shorter resembles the original antenna.I highly recommend this to anyone wanting a quick and easy mod to their Dart.

Good value for the price. I needed to replace the longer OEM part on my 2016 Cherokee that took a real beating from roof carried items. This one is short enough to clear the roof rack but is adequate to get good signal reception. Make sure you get the correct item as Jeep does not use the same threads for all models.
