Is this a good backing for embrodery on baby onesies?

I am making a hanky butterfly quilt. My hankies are old and thin. Would this be a good product to use to back them?

I’m really not sure about using it on thin old hankies sorry. I use it to make some pouches on cotton fabric and some thicker fabric.

How is this different from pellon craft fuse stabilizer or pellon decor bond fusible stabilizer? can i use either of these in place of shape-flex??

I am not sure what you are making. This is the interfacing that is recommended for the Bionic Gear Bag. I tried using Decor Bond and several other fusibles on the these bags (I made a lot of them) and Shape Flex (also called Pellon SF101) is definitely the best. Both Decor Bond and Craft Fuse (I have used both) are somewhat stiffer and, to my mind, the fusible that is used on these shows in the final final product as some crinkling in the fabric. It will soften with time though. Shape Flex provides some support but is is smooth and supple. Good luck with your projects! I am now a confirmed fan of Shape Flex!

Needed for a few projects. A bit pricey but it works well. I have none of it left. Ironed on without any issues and my projects look great. I wouldn't buy it again just because of the price for the amount you get.
