Great extra protein for vegans.
It's so easy to prepare. Taste good when mixed with any vegetable and sauce. I need extra protein but hate to cook so this is perfect for me.

Delicious, nutritious, better than tofu!
New to this type of soy product, and now it's a go-to for meatless carnitas and in stir-fry. Prefer this texture over tofu. I'll keep ordering and finding more recipes!

Delicious and Versatile, But a Bit Pricey
These are absolutely delicious, and there are so many ways to use them. I add them to stir-fries, sandwiches, and more. They are a fantastic protein source and incredibly versatile. The only downside is the price, which is a little steep. Still, I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a tasty and flexible ingredient!

Super high in protein and fiber - reasonably priced compared to buying direct from manufacturer
I like plant based nutrition and buy this frequently for the HIGH PROTEIN content. Honestly it does not have ANY flavor but if you oomph it up with Teriyaki sauce or any other favorite savory sauce it absorbs and soaks up those flavors. I like to use this product as the base for veggie stir frys. Great chewy, meaty texture....nope it is NOT just like meat, but it does have a very satisfying dense chewy texture. I tried grinding up the soy strips in my mini coffee bean blender and turned into a flour consistence for panko crumbs. I never buy panko crumbs due to they have the same nutritional value as CARDBOARD - but the butler soy curls are very nutrient dense. It is not certified organic but it is NON GMO certified and completely natural. It is a minimally processed product and family owned manufacturer.

Wish I knew about these sooner!
Love these! Been a vegan for ten years and a vegetarian before that for fifteen—somehow these weren’t on my radar. So glad to have run into a recipe on social media because these are tasty! I like to rehydrate them in Better than Bouillon, sauté them, then drown in Sweet Baby Ray’s barbecue sauce. Love stumbling across easy go-to meals.

Great plant protein source!
I absolutely love these and if you’re wondering how to cook them, Google Mississippi Vegan’s recipe for how to cook soy curls. You will be converted. They are so easy to cook and so delicious. I personally love putting them on an Asian salad, but they’re also great in burritos or on sandwiches. Plenty of other uses, too. Great product!!
