I am amazed, excellent product, it completely changes the way the inside of my truck looks. This works great on the carpet, the cloth seats, and the plastic/vinyl dash and trim. Many years ago, I tried changing the interior of my car with spray paint and it was terrible, but that was 45 years ago, and we didn't have all of the technology we have now. This spray sticks to the dash, it doesn't rub off or scratch off very easily, and the carpet looks and feels natural, it isn't stiff like you think it would be, same thing for the seats, my seats look like they are naturally this color.

Bought this product due to bleach spots on a rental. Doing light coats and letting each coat dry before applying one more worked wonders. The first time on a tester carpet went horribly wrong. The color was too dark and looked messy. On a second tester carpet with light coats worked. So I did it on the carpet and the color matches the top color. To get it ready for next renter I put it on the real carpet and it worked wonders. Now if you are really looking you will notice it is not a perfect match but it is real close. I let the carpet dry and after 3 days I shampooed the carpet with deep cleaning solution and a pet spot removal added to the carpet cleaner solution. After a deep clean with a shampoo machine that will get almost any stain out, the product did not lighten or come out. Very pleased with it.

I had a mysterious dark stain on the driver side carpet of my Chevy Tahoe. Tries several cleaning solutions and nothing worked. I was tempted to replace the entire carpet for $500.00 until I discovered this carpet paint. I applied 2 coats to the stained area and the beige color was a perfect match. I thought the price point was somewhat high until I saw the results. I should have taken a before and after picture.

From all appearances this was going to be the color I needed, and although the ratings were not the greatest, I thought I would take a chance. Oops! Although not a professional painter, I have used rattle cans for small painting projects for about 60 years. In all that time, I have never had a can put more paint on me than on the item I was painting - until this can of S. M. Arnold spray paint. Even more frustrating than painting my hand and floor was the fact that I wrote to S. M. Arnold about two months ago outlining the problem I had and asking for any recommendation on how to avoid this issue again. With some insight, or recommendations from S. M. Arnold on how to avoid this issue in the future I was willing to purchase another can of this paint, based upon my thought that there was perhaps an issue with only one batch of paint, that the manufacturer recognized the problem and had resolved it. However, after about a two month period of silence from S. M. Arnold I get the impression that ignoring a customer's question/concern/complaint is their view of an effective business approach. I guess many people/businesses do not recognize that not answering a question is really an answer. However, the "silence - no answer, answer" appears to be: "leave me alone, do not ask for help, just buy another one of my products - maybe it will work, maybe it will not work". I did not ask for a no cost replacement can of this paint from them - I just wanted to know how to avoid this issue going forward. Oh well, on to my search for another manufacturer's paint that will provide the color I was seeking. Bummer. Like I said, I would have bought another can of this paint since it gives all appearance of being the color I wanted.

Like others have described, the color on the color chart and caps does not seem to match the color of the paint. I took a chance with the Khaki and it was in fact different than what the color chart shows, but luckily was considerably lighter than the color chart/cap and it worked for me. The paint went on very well on the plastic trim of my Jeep, and the texture of the plastic shows through nicely. For reference, first photo of painted cap is on a white countertop, and second is on an actual pair of Khaki Docker pants. If it was cheaper I would have tried a few other colors because it's more of a gray khaki and I'd have preferred a brown khaki, but at this cost, I didn't want to experiment further.
