Does this burn if the hot spots are already so bad they are scabbed from bleeding?

its strong smelling and has alcohol in it, so it may burn open wounds, so I wouldn't use it on open wounds. my kitty has been pulling some fur out on his tail and hind legs, but the skin is ok, just itchy, so this spray seems to work well to calm the skin and keep him from pulling the fur.

Can i spray on paws for excessive licking?

Yes! You may need to spray it more, since the paws have more contact with the floor and outdoors so it could wear off. I usually spray my pup again after he's been outside.

What are the active ingredients in this?

Hi Jim, Our Not Here Spray is made of all-natural ingredients which are purified water, vegetable-derived glycerin, sodium lauryl sulfate, clove oil, peppermint oil, thyme oil, and preservative. From your friends at Bodhi Dog

Can i use this on my dogs bed? She keeps making a mess on her bed and its a lot of laundry

If your dog is peeing in their bed, they might be incontinent. See your vet. There is medicine that will help.

Teachers him where to pee.

I think that my dog thought this is where he should pee. Where I sprayed he'd pee.
