Amazing natural spray
This was prescribed by my naturopath for allergies in dry weather but I used it also for headaches it’s amazing how it works, pretty fast! Be prepared for a sting on your nose right after using, makes my eyes teary because of the capsicum but it works wonders on my headaches. Love it!

Migraine RelIEF!
My husband suffers from cluster headaches and uses this any time he feels an attack coming on. While it might not totally alleviate the headache it can sometimes stop or delay the onset and it works very well if used quickly enough!

Product does not treat cluster headaches despite advertising as treating "cluster tension"
I bought this product after trying to treat cluster headaches and all it did was burn the heck out of my nostrils. I made sure to apply the spray correctly (no dripping from nose or blowing nose afterward) but all the spray did was intensify the amount of pain I was in. Don't recommend.
