I don’t know if the issue is from the toothbrush or the app but I tried to connect to the app million times... still no luck so just what’s the point of having a smart toothbrush if you can’t even connect it to it’s original app

The product stopped working before the first charge. Would not take charge either. Complained to the supplier with no response. Stay away

Do not expect as per picture the tooth brush case and standing charger, it came with single head brush only and regular usb charger. I have ordered specificly for case so I vpyld carry with me while travelling. Using almost 10 days works fine.

Beautiful design. I really like that there is a 2 mins timer and that it gives you a notification every 30 seconds. Very convenient USB charger.

Nice toothbrush very gentle for a gum

No regret of buying this electric toothbrush. Functionality and performance is equivalent to other expensive electric toothbrush. The battery life is sustainable.The only catch was it took me quite sometime to figure out how to recharge the battery. The instruction manual did not explicitly mentioned. The tiny recharging port is hidden at the bottom cap of the toothbrush.
