It works, but just as title says

My current pleather facial interface was crumbling after quite heavy use, so it's definately time to replace it, so running across this as really lucky. The quality seems pretty good, but of course that's absolutely a 'time will tell' kind of thing. It's a little on the thicker side, but not as thick as the default one that comes with the Vive.

If multiple people use your Vive headset it is important to get this! If you keep using the foam that comes with the headset, it absorbs sweat and gets nasty. This fake leather insert is so easy to wipe down with an alcohol wipe and keep it clean and sanitary.
