Pet Trex Dual Door Live Animal Trap Small Animal Traps Over 26 Inches Long

A nice little easy storage cage; painted green and has worked will on trapping opossums. The seller stand behind the product UPS destroyed my first cage and had bent it in half. They replaced the cage quickly. So if you need a trap that functions very well and a customer support that work for you this is the place to purchase one of these traps.

The trap works fine, but the cage is too small to be considered able to catch cats and especially raccoons. I should have taken a picture of this. The cat we were trying to catch was eating the bait with half its body still hanging out of the cage holding the trap door open. I would consider this false advertising. Look at the picture carefully. There is a small puppy in the cage.

The cats were way too large to be caught in this trap. They were about equal size with the trap. The trap needs to be bigger to work. Also i had to do some minor correcting to get the trap to work, which is also stated in the directions. You mean to tell me the product isnt tested properly before it is shipped. Dont waste your time. It looks nice but wont work for my cat problem. I wish i had a proper video to show future customers but what happens is the trap door closes on the cats back but they just walk backwards to get out because half the body is in the trap and half is out. Its disappointing trust me.

The seller was great, shipped fast, this trap however is NOT good to catch cats. They will go half way in with their body holding the door open, then eat the food and back out. In the morning, you have a empty trap with no bait. It is a nice trap though, maybe to catch smaller animals....rabits or somthing? NOT cats though! Also the seller processed my refund fast and paid for return shipping, so not all bad.

I bought this trap to capture my neighbors cats who continually defecate in my organic garden & yard and scratch the hood of my car. This trap might be good if the cats were the only creatures in my yard. I have a lot of squirrels and I believe they are able to enter the trap without setting it off, eat the bait and escape without event. I have it set rather lightly, but apparently it takes a heavy animal to step on the release inside the trap & activate the doors.

We are trying to capture some feral cats to have spayed or neutered and rehomed to a safe place with shelter food and water and this trap has been amazing!

very nice and durable but i haven't caught anything with it yet. i believe the "new" smell has to wear off first. I'm also concerned that the space for the animal is slightly too small. the product may look big but in actuality, the animal only has slightly more than half the space to move around. it's easy to carry but a bump to it can set it off.

Item works great and is just as described. Great value for the money. My neighbors cat no longer uses the restroom in our backyard! : )
