Q: Is this coated with anything? Kindly let me know if it has any coating and what coating it is specifically...

It has a natural sealant that's applied to one side of the board to make it shiny and seal it do that food doesn't seep into the marble. The other side of the board will be rough.

Q: Dear seller, is it possible to get a more white slab with less grey in this size? i already have one which is mostly white which i use for my ig feed.
