Under hood of my 99 LS silverado, it says gap should be .060, just as Trent said. So are these plugs .040, .044, or .060 ??

TSB for early LS engines Use .040" gap plugs

Will this fit a in a 97 f150 4.2l v6?

Autozone and o'riley have apps you can download to enter your information and it will show you what they have for your vehicle or go into the store. Its usually cheaper to buy on Amazon then buying from a parts store.

Are these plugs gaped already?

No they are not and as with any spark plugs they should always be double checked.
