Antifungal, Antiseptic, Antimicrobial, Ketoconazole, all extremely effective ingredients I use this on all of my Shih Tzu & it's phenomenal. I use the Triz shampoo for one of mine with sensitive skin. However it's imperative to follow the rules. Don't put in ears & clean right away. Let it sit and do it's work. Put it in, let them shake their ears and let it work itself into the ears. If you start cleaning too soon you won't get the maximum benefit for your dog. The outside of ears too. The products listed are safe and effective. Ketoconazole people use on their scalps to ease itchy scalp. I use it for scalp dermatitis. 😊

My dog is usually clear of any signs of infection whether it is mites I can't know, but his ears become very clear of any sign of redness or drainage within approximately 4-5 days. After getting groomed, especially he is in need of care before it starts. I am having good success. Blessings, Sister

I have no idea but hot spot must be kept dry!!!

Does this get rid of ear mites?

Yes, My dog had ear mites and this worked but like with any ear mite meds you need to use this everyday til they are completely cleaned out of the ear canal
