ANYCUBIC Wash & Cure 3 Station for Resin 3D Printers, Size 165x100x180mm³

Anycubic Wash and Cure v2.0 I've been resin printing now for almost three years, and I have tried most options available when it comes to cleaning and curing resin prints a lot are messy and a lot take up a lot of space. Not the Anycubic Wash and Cure 2.0. The Wash and Cure V2.0 is by far my favourite method so far its quick, simple and clean to use. Before i was using a 3L ultrasonic and a UV nail lamp box and although they gave good results they didn't have the convenience and cleanliness of the Wash and Cure V2.0. The construction seems solid with a metal base plate rather than plastic. The UV array works well with a decent cure speed while also having a turntable rotate at a decent speed with no stuttering. Resulting in a nice even cure across the model with very little effort from the user. Its also roughly the same size as Photon so doesn’t fill up your workspace. The cure container is large enough to fit the build plate with a full height print attached but can also be used with the basket provided for loose prints if required/wanted. It has a secure sealed lid also to prevent spills and evaporation of your cleaning agent. To cure on the plate you will require roughly 3.5L of your chosen cleaning agent (personally I use Isopropyl Alcohol). Models I’ve cleaned so far have no signs of white residue, glossy patches or sticky patches and I’ve been using a wash time of 15mins and cure time of 4 mins (wash time could probably be reduced but I’m in no rush and prefer to make sure they are clean) Controls are really simple and effective. 1 button to swap between wash and cure and a dial to alter time and start the cycle off. Overall I was sceptical coming in to this product but have been blown away by the ease and cleanliness of the process and the quality of the product Anycubic has produced. It is easily the best post processing solution I’ve used and well worth the price tag even at full RRP. Don’t waste your money buying all the others just buy one of these and be happy with the mess free simple process.

Un-packaging the wash and cure machine was similar to the anycubic photon printer, the custom packaging is excellent and keeps everything tight during shipping. Everything was perfect on arrival and no damage to the packaging or machine. I would like to note that there are three allen keys and a spare bearing included which i'm sure will be ideal in the future. I have used a small variety of resin printers and cleaning methods, My most common method is using two tubs filled with ipa. I would put the print onto the basket and rinse in the first tub then let the prints dry, after that I would transfer them to the second tub and rinse. As you can tell this is a long and messy process, The ANYCUBIC Wash and Cure 2.0 Dryer Machine solves these issues. It is also very quiet especially when compared to a sonic bath that we tried for a while and cleans the parts perfectly. This machine is lightweight but robust, just like their printers the wash and cure machine is very well built and not made of plastic like most other products on the market but still remains lightweight. As for operating the wash and cure 2.0 machine it couldn't be any simpler, the controls consist of 1 button for selecting the mode (Wash or cure) which has indicator lights to tell you what mode is selected. The right of the front timer display there is a knob/button that selects the desired time when turned and starts/stops the machine when pressed. This machine is super safe there is no chance of leaking ipa out of the container through a seal because it uses magnets to spin the metal agitator on the bottom of the tank making the container a fully sealed unit that can be removed at any time. When in curing mode the machine stops operating if the cover is removed which is a great feature to protect your eyes. I have placed the Wash and Cure Machine on a shelf at chest height which is not ideal due to the height. I would recommend keeping it at around hip height to make changing the tub over for the turntable easier and also for making it easier to remove the basket as well. I personally use IPA when rinsing and put parts in for around 15 mins and then rinse off with water, whilst the part drip dries i prep the turntable for curing the part which i put on for 5 minutes. This machine fits in well with the 6 anycubic photons i have and will be worked hard over its lifetime. The design looks great and even the colour scheme fits in well all round 10/10 for me.

When I first got into resin 3D printing, I figured a couple of plastic tubs and some sunlight could be enough to handle the washing and curing process. Spoiler alert: i was deluded and it really was not! My workspace smelled like an industrial accident, my prints always had sticky residue, and curing under a lamp felt like a guessing game. I probably stank of chemicals too! Enter the ANYCUBIC Wash and Cure 3 Plus Station, the machine that single-handedly saved me from resin chaos at a surprisingly decent price. Right out of the box, this thing looked serious. Bigger than the older models, which meant I could finally clean and cure larger prints without awkwardly flipping them halfway through. The washing function is a game-changer. Just drop the print in, set the timer, and let the vortex of isopropyl alcohol do its thing. No more swirling prints around by hand like I am making a resin cocktail. Everything comes out way cleaner, and I do not have to dunk my hands into chemical soup anymore. The curing process is just as smooth. The upgraded size means I can cure bigger prints without weird shadows or missed spots. The UV lights are powerful and evenly distributed, so I no longer have to do the awkward spin-and-hope method under a desk lamp. Plus, the rotating platform makes sure every angle gets hit properly. If I had to nitpick, I would say the machine is not exactly whisper-quiet, but considering the alternative of manually scrubbing and curing prints like it is the Dark Ages, I will take a little background noise. Also, resin printing is already a messy hobby, so you still need to keep your workstation clean, but this definitely cuts down on the hassle. After using this, I cannot imagine going back to my old DIY wash-and-cure setup. It saves me time, keeps my prints looking flawless, and makes the whole post-processing step feel way less like a chore. If you are into resin 3D printing and want to upgrade your workflow, this is absolutely worth it.

This is a fantastic product - does everything you need it to and saves a lot of time and mess! My only complaint is that when curing, the plate sometimes jerks when starting meaning that small or poorly balanced parts can fall off the plate/move into each other/tip over.

Game changer for resin printers, you need this, right now if your working with resin, cuts down exposure time, cleans effectively and efficiently, would have bought this with the printer if I knew. Thank you.

This is my first 3D printer and so I am still finding my feet with it. The printer arrived very well packaged and was easy to set up. The written instructions are clear and concise. All the parts went together well although setting up the WiFi was an absolute pain. So much so that after checking whether it was actually needed to run the printer and being informed it was not, I simply gave up. I may go back and try again if I ever want to find an alternative to sticking pins in my eyes. This takes me to the Anycubic support facility. It is easily found on their website and is really first class. I was able to ask a number of questions on the chat facility and received helpful and clear advice every time. I would urge anyone buying from Anycubic to use this facility as it really is an asset for the beginner. I managed to puncture the FEP film on my printer and so had to send off for a replacement and chose another type which is supposedly better, but we’ll see. I found fitting the new film a real pain with loads of little screws to remove and replace as well as trying to remember to face correct side of the film the right way up. Managed it in the end, but will certainly be more careful in future now I know how fragile it is. I can see I have a lot to learn about 3D printing, but as a beginner have no hesitation in recommending this printer as a way to start.

This is a well featured piece of kit, pretty much in common with other makes. It has a large water tank for washing resin prints, fresh from the printer. The tank, even with its basket, is big enough to accept a 6" build plate, so you can give your plate a bit of a wash as well as the model. Take the tank off and add the turntable and you are ready for the UV curing. Most of the UV comes from a series of beads on a back panel. With the cover in place, set the time and the light comes on and the turntable gently turns. A safety interlink prevents the UV lights from working if the cover isn't in place. There is also a plug-in UV lamp on a gooseneck stem. You can precisely angle the light to ensure that parts of the model such as the top, get a proper and even curing. This runs in concert with the other lights, with the same safety feature. However, it can also be used independently for very precise focusing. This will work without the cover, so care is needed not to look at the UV.

These are great, I wouldn't be without it. I bought is at £80 in the sale and its great value for money. Anything printable on a 7 inch plate is easily going to fit in here and the wash bucket is quite large. Great product - Anycubic also have great customer service.
