Regarding the mf120 halo, how many amps are the rgb leds? in the photos, the backside of the fan says 0.55a, but specs on coolermaster site say 1.40a

Amps for the leds are next to nothing, I have 4 of these fans on one rgb header on my motherboard and work fine, just make sure the motherboard has enough power going to it

this is a very reckless and false answer.. most motherboards only allow 1A per header, most fans run between 300-500mA so you can only do 2 and in some cases 3, do not overload 1 port with 5 fans you can blow the controller! unless you use an external powered hub
