It could be, but there is no way to tell for sure that they haven't been tampered with. They also have a 12 month shelf life and we don't know how long these sit before shipping. It is against Monat Policy to be sold on Amazon, eBay, and Facebook Marketplace. However, you could support a single mom like me and order directly thru a rep. Q: May I ask the date of manufacture and shelf life?

As a Monat Rep, I can tell you that most Monat products have a 12 month shelf life but we don't know how long these sit before shipping. It is also against Monat Policy to be sold on Amazon, eBay, and Facebook Marketplace. To correct what TJ said, we are NOT required to have any inventory as we don't have to sell a certain amount each month. However, we do use the products so most of us do have atleast some kind of inventory. Whether personal, or a large selection for fairs and parties. I have ordered the products here and what I have received so far seems to be the genuine product but it can be a gamble to order them here.
