I have loosely wavy hair (1c/2a). My hair is medium-fine strands as well as density. I’m not sure of my porosity but I think it’s medium-high. This is my favorite curly/wavy hair styler I’ve tried!! It makes my waves come alive and doesn’t feel sticky at all if I don’t use too much. Very easy application experience as well, and I like that the smell isn’t overpowering. The most unexpected effect of this mousse is how shiny and soft it makes my hair! Other products I’ve tried have made it sticky heavy and dull but this stuff must really have some nourishing ingredients.Here’s how I use it: first, wash and condition. I squeeze water out of my hair with my hands, spray it all-over with my leave-in, detangle with a wide comb, and use a t-shirt to squeeze even more water out. Then I gently distribute 1.5-2 pumps of this mousse all throughout my hair with my fingers and palms. Then I get about 1 more pump and start scrunching my waves. (my hair comes to the top of my shoulders. I used a little more mousse when my hair was longer)

As a person with 4c hair this product helped my curls. My hair didn’t feel crunchy . I did mix this mousse with a custard/gel . I would get this again! It smells good too

I loved several things: pump foam not aerosol. A non-crunchy decent not fabulous curl & I used plenty. So I'll use this even though I've had creams that did better on curls, like the OLD formula Noodle Head.It didn't moisturize at ALL, although I wouldn't expect a mousse to. But it didn't dry either & thats important in a mousse. It also didn't make my hair feel sticky or dirty afterward & I used it on the roots, as directed.I used their whole flaxseed line on 62 yr old dryish long curly hair with some frizz, brown hair with blond bleached streaks on the ends. The curls look decent not fantastic bec of this, my head is very clean feeling & smells good but still the same mild frizz as usual & still dryish, my norm. I think it needs more flaxseed or something like it. This mousse from a pump bottle was one of the better mousses I've tried as I look for frizz free curly volume in air dried hair. It was very controllable due to its delivery system.

I have been using this for a bit and I really love the way it looks while also making my hair feel so healthy! But my 3 year old daughter; whose hair is curlier than mine, but usually looks very messy and frizzy because she doesn’t usually let me put product in it and loves to roll around and do flips and whatnot, as toddlers do 😂; let me use this on her hair a few days ago and the results were STUNNING!!! I am very picky about the ingredients in products I use on myself, and even moreso with my baby, but I felt so confident about using this in her hair and I was shocked with how gorgeous it looked! She kept going back to the mirror and smiling 😍🥰 This is the most defined we’ve ever gotten her curls! It is so light weight and comfortable that my daughter didn’t notice it at all, and her waves lasted all day, even after her nap (although they were obviously a little more messy after a few hours of sleep lol)! I’ve loved this for myself for months but I’m absolutely stunned at how gorgeous it is on wavier hair than mine! If you’re looking for a good clean mousse this is the one!

I purchased this as i was looking for a new mouse to try. This smells really good and has a good hold without the heavy feel. It kept my hair light and flowy while still holding in my waves really well. Think i finally found a good mouse to keep using with this.

I'm actually surprised on how well this works for my 4 year old!! She has natural curls but I could never define them and her hair is always frizzy and crazy, lacking volume :( I bought this hoping it would help and it transformed her hair! I was shocked on how much volume it added! This picture is 3 days after putting it in hair mind you.After her bath, I brushed her hair while it was still wet, and then I applied 1-2 pumps root to ends. (It smells like coconut it's such a lovely scent) I scrunched her hair all over and once it fully dried it looked beautiful. The next day her hair looked like she was playing with the animals at the zoo so I had to brush it to get the tangles out. (Conair wet/dry detailing brush starting at bottom) Always brush it when it's wet! I used a spray bottle. It actually brushed out nicely. And then I used half a pump to help define it again and scrunched it while still wet. Curls came right back. Next day looks like she had another visit with the animals so I wet hair, brushed, and I did not add any more product I just scrunched it and the picture was the result. I don't know if more product would make it better or worse 3rd time around so i played it safe. Still looks good. I don't ever write reviews but I felt this was worthy of one.

This is such an amazing moose. After using the diffuser with having about 10 pumps in my shoulder length hair, it will get crunchy in the beginning but about 30 minutes later with me tossing it around as I'm continuing to get ready that goes away and they are just flowy soft beachy curls. I've never had any product be able to make it feel so natural. It's amazing. It's my favorite hair product I've ever used

I honestly can’t stress this enough, this is the best purchase I’ve made and for good reason. The volume it gives my hair after I wash it makes it shiny and voluminous when I style it, the product doesn’t make my hair greasy nor dense, it’s light and fluffy that makes the curls bounce back to life. I love the fact that it’s worth the purchase for your curly hair styles that will make you look like a goddess! Quality of the product is at it’s best and I’ve never had any issues with packaging or the product itself, I shall be purchasing a lot of these the next time I get my hands on them. They are a great deal and is cheaper then your local store like Walmart and Safeway. The washability of my hair with it in, made the curls bounce more with the volume it held in my hair.
