At first, these insoles seemed comfortable and promising, but after using them for a while, I realized they were much stiffer than the original ones that came with my sneakers. I went on three runs with them, and after each one, I started experiencing heel pain, which I never had before. Unfortunately, I had to stop using these insoles altogether because the discomfort only got worse. I wouldn’t recommend them, especially if you’re looking for something that provides long-term comfort and support during physical activities.

Excelente calidad y muy buena amortiguación. Se sienten cómodas y cumplen muy bien su función para correr. Me gustó que se pueden recortar para ajustarlas al tamaño del calzado, aunque aquí sí recomiendo medir antes de cortar. Las marcas de medida que vienen grabadas en la plantilla no coinciden exactamente con la talla indicada, así que es mejor usar la plantilla original del zapato como referencia y recortar con cuidado. Yo me di cuenta a tiempo y no tuve ningún problema. Muy buenas plantillas, especialmente por la amortiguación y la posibilidad de ajustarlas perfectamente al calzado.

i'm the kind of guy who typically runs their runners to the sole. i'm getting older and getting pain in the knees as well as an annoying corn on the bottom of my left foot. i've never bought new insoles before (usually just buy new shoes) - and decided to give these a try. they do take some getting used to, but it has made my treadmill runs more comfortable. i don't know the science behind it, but the insoles have changed the way i land on my feet ever so slightly - i don't even notice the corn on my foot when i run now. for the price, why not try these out - you might be surprised
