Werner PK70-1 Ladder Leveler with 2-Base Unit Attachments

Instructions were well written and attaching it to my current ladder was pretty simple. Used the leveler this weekend and it felt solid with the ladder angled ground. It provided much peace of mind as I was up 15 feet cleaning leaves from the gutters. Adjusting it was easy and the product is made with high quality.

Easy to install, easy to use, works well!

Fairly simple installation (I recommend making a template for the 3 holes that you have to drill in each ladder leg. The bit tended to wander even when the leg was center punched. Goes together easily - the super glue is a great idea for the spacers. Very easy to use once installed and makes the ladder rock solid. Should have bought this years ago!

The product arrived in good condition and works as advertised. The only issue was during installation on the Werner Fiberglass Extension Ladder where the directions on where to place the the bracket needed to be moved up a half inch to clear the rung support at the bottom in order to get the nut on more easily.

Delivered on time. Solid - well made. Installation instruction were clear and Installation was easy. Using the Leveler/Extender was simple and easy to use. Very happy with the purchase.

This product makes using a ladder safer than using shims (blocks of wood or bricks) under one ladder leg to make the ladder plumb. No guessing how much shim to use, instant extension with solid locked engagement. Easy to use once installed. Installation required drilling 6 holes, properly spaced, in the ladder. Fairly easy in a typical aluminum ladder. This fit my Non-Werner ladder perfectly. Made installing gutter guards 18 feet up no big deal. I recommend using the U shaped yoke at the top of the ladder to avoid crushing your aluminum gutters and adds to safety factor. Ladders are top of the list for homeowner injuries, this product makes ladders safer. I am a mechanical engineer, not paid for opinion.

This is a little work to mount on the ladder and requires drilling. Once installed it allows leveling the ladder and provides a very stable and safe footing for the ladder vs trying to prop the ladder with rocks, boards, etc.

It works great ! Would buy it again !

A safer version of keeping the ladder solid on uneven ground. Solid and well built with easy to follow mounting instructions. Definitely worth buying.
