What is the printer(s) this cartridge goes with?

Not sure if this helps but I got this ink with my HP Envy 4500 All in One Printer

Am I better off getting 2 regular 61 black cartridges or the XL?

Clearly states on package that the XL is equivalent to up to 2.5 times the regular cartridge. I think it's worth the difference. I always buy XL when available. Shop often and you'll find you can catch a deal where 1 XL is cheaper than 2 regulars too! More details than that can be found on back of package. Look in Walmart or something and you can read it. Can't find image of back or side shot on here.

where can I find a list of printers this ink will work in?

The "HP 61XL" {both Black & the Tri-color} also work in/were made for the "HP Officejet 2620." I know this, because it is the HP Printer I have and they are listed in its HP User's manual. Don't waste your money on the basic "61" Cartridges. The "61XLs" print more pages for the Dollar!

Under "will this work with my printer" says no this will not work with the envy 5530? Anyone else used it, went to hp site, said yes and 5 bucks less!

Neither the black nor the color H.P 61 XL printer cartridges worked with my H.P Envy 5530 printer. The cartridges were too big and literally would not fit in the cartridge slots in the printer.
