No. It is to rehydrate your face after cleaning it.

Light Fragrance that is more towards the medicinal side. If you are looking for a Zen smell this is not the one. With that being said, loving that it is not overwhelming in any way.

Would I use this before or after other serums?

I spray my face with a hydrating toner and then use the Hyaluronic acid. However, sometimes after I use the spray, I use a serum and then the hyaluronic acid to lock in the moisture. You may want to consult an aesthetician to see what is best for you!
