Bruntmor Enameled Cast Iron Square Casserole Baking Pan with Griddle Lid

I don't use the loaf shaped pans to cook my meatloaf in... I accidentally broke my meatloaf dish and in the search for a new one I found this... It's a little big for one pound of ground beef but I kept it anyway and bought a smaller one... I invited my family to come over for dinner and I used two pounds of ground beef and it cooked great.. All of the middle was cooked completely done... I bake it with the lid on until the last 15 or 20 minutes and I remove the top and let it brown on top and the edges. After everyone was done eating I put the lid back on and it kept it warm for a while. Can't wait to cook something else in it..

The product quality is excellent. The pan feels heavy, solid, and well-crafted—exactly what I was hoping for. It heats evenly in the oven or on a stove top. The lid fits perfectly, creating a secure seal that makes cooking more efficient. Cleaning is effortless; most of the time you can simply rinse it off after using it in the oven or on the gas stove, and it looks as good as new. Highly recommend and would buy again.

Very good quality! I will get good use of this! I love having multi functional options. Nice size for cooking meals for the two of us. Not too small not too big. I re seasoned it although it came pre seasoned. You don't have to but I figured why not! Darkened up pretty nicely after just 2 re seasonings.

Got this for a gift for our daughter-in-law. For years, We have had one of these square dutch oven lidded casserole dishes where the lid is also a ridged grill. Use it all the time in oven and on stovetop; extremely versatile. Wife's favorite cookware. Durable enamel easy to clean; but make sure to dry well the thin unenameled exposed cast iron lip or it gets bit of light rust -- really easy to deal with. Overall our piece of cookware still looks great after 6 or 7 years. A great investment.

The cookware is fine and sturdy. My complaint is the color. I purchased the purple because what a lovely color that is pictured. Well, it isn’t the color you receive. The picture is a lovely, bright, pastel ombré purple. What you get is a dull, grape to grey ombré. It’s rather ugly.

Perfect fit inside of the Ninja Foodi XL air fryer. I like to cook steaks on the stove in a cast iron pan to develop a crust, then transfer the pan to my Ninja Foodi XL air fryer to finish them off. The cast iron pan that I had been using will only accomodate 2 steaks, but if you look at a comparison in the attached photos, you can see quite a bit more surface area for cooking. I searched extensively for a cast iron pan that would fit inside of this air fryer, and this was the only one that I found would work for my needs. I did use it one time before writing the review, and had no issues. I did not purchase the enamed version of this pan, since I had read reviews about the enamel chipping off. Highly recommended!

Nice, Well made - heavy duty. Thought they would be a little deeper based on pics but will work for my intended purpose

I was looking for a ceramic casserole dish and decided to go with this one. I've not been disappointed. It is a bit smaller than a 9x12 but it still works just as well. It comes with care instructions with how to clean and season. I have another ceramic casserole so I seasoned them both using the instructions. Seems odd not to wash a dish after use but rinsing clean was easy. I like how the lid can be used as a griddle. The only con for me is I wish it was a little deeper.

I bought this double cast iron pan for our BBQ that we take camping. Cleans up very easy being coated. The smaller pan that comes with the set is great for BBQ’ing bacon & roasting veggies.

The product arrived as specified, except the colour is not as bright as the picture suggests. It's a paler blue, but pleasant nonetheless. It's heavy, and fits well. Haven't used it to cook yet - looking forward to trying it.
