Dexter Outdoors Sani-Safe S112-6-PCP 6" White Butcher Knife with Polypropylene Handle

I recently purchased the 6-inch Dexter fillet knife for my fishing trips, and it has quickly become my go-to tool for processing fish. Good meat cutting knife not to big not to small.wasnt the sharpest but thats not a problem when you know how to sharpen knives

There is two parts to this review first blade it is fantastic he came shaving sharp very well-made hold an edge it’s great couldn’t ask for a better knife now the handle that ugly white glob that doesn’t fit your hand has sharp edges from the mold it’s painful on your index finger when you try to use the knife I took a rasp and knocked the sharp edges off and rounded poured my first finger goes so it is comfortable But it’s still ugly that being said I would buy it again the blade is wonderful and 10 minutes for the respite and the handle feels good in your hand

I just added this knife to my collection i use dexter for cutting meat in the butcher shop on a daily basis and i love this blade using it on smaller cuts is great goes through the meat like butter cant say enough good things about it american made so how could you not support it
