Will this work on a bed without the spray in bed liner?

Yes it will work with or without a bed liner. On either surface you just have to make sure that is cleaned properly for the adhesive to stick to the surface.

How many of these do i need to put in a cut to fit ? Came with none. It's a 5 foot bed

I have 6-1/2 foot bed. Mine came with; 63 1"x2" for side panels--bottom of tailgate and front panel. 2pcs 1"x36" for floor 1pc 1"x63.5" for front panel 1pc 1"x60" for top of tailgate

How many of these kits is required to attach a full bedliner?

They are not full kits to attach bedrug. The kit is just extra to attach bedrug in more places. Doesn't have the long strips to attach bedrug.
