Freshcap Ultimate is a really great product. I’ve been using this blend of mushrooms for about two weeks and I love it. My immunity seems to be better, my wife had a cough with infection but I didn’t get sick which is amazing cause I always caught it in the past.My mood is definitely better and the Freshcap Ultimate provides a smooth energy lift which I can feel and I perform throughout the day much better.I wasn’t prompted to write this review, the Freshcap Ultimate makes me feel so much better I chose to write this review on my own. I have been on prescription meds for a few years for my mood and became concerned about the side effects from long time use. I started to ween myself of the prescribed medications and began experiencing Panic Attacks really bad and frequently. This is the best value mushroom complex for the money. The product is easily mixed into coffee or a similar drink, and the taste profile fits. The included mushrooms should all have their intended affect, including focus, energy, mood, and so forth.

It has only been two weeks and I’ve taken it daily. The first couple of times I took the daily 2 caplets, I felt pretty relaxed at the end of the day.Mental clarity and focus: I’m still waiting to see the full potential of the product, although I don’t feel as much mental fogginess. We’ll see in the next 2-4 weeks as the website claims a total of 4-6weeks for the product to work with consistent use.

This has been a game changer for me. It does for me what Alpha Brain and Methlyene Blue failed at. It helps me with mental clarity, focus, energy, and it helps balance my mood! Totally awesome!

I didn't really feel much of a difference with these compared to other brands I have used.

I just started taking the "Ulimate', so this isn't a review on results. I had some comments on other reviews. Taste? I like the slightly earthy taste which is very slight. Folks would likely be better off switching coffees *wink*. I drink Peets Major Dickason's Blend which is a dark coffee. Lighter coffees or teas might not balance the earthiness as well. I like the "Ultimate' as it seems to add to my beverage choices' complexity.I am also very researched on these type fungal and probiotic supplements. These are most beneficial scientifically for older people and usually offer little benefits to folks under 40. Uhm, you don't need them youngsters. Your bodies still absorb and create the necessary youthful ingredients of Life. Not true as you age. You can research and see double-blind placebo-based studies online. Don't listen to some Rando [Me!] Looking forward to some improved overall benefits as I was previously only taking Lion's Mane alone.
