Good product.

I killed my first Mac by spilling coffee on the keyboard, so I was in the market for keyboard protection. When I saw that retailers were asking 20 to 30 dollars for a keyboard skin, I immediately looked to amazon. I was a bit skeptical that this skin fit both pro and air models of all sizes but I decided to give it a try. I love it so far! The color is a bit darker than the picture (hot blue), but it's still a lovely color. It fits the keys very well, though typing on it is just something you have to get used to as far as the feel of the silicone goes. The edges around the keyboard are smooth and not bubbling up so I feel secure that it will keep debris and liquid in small amounts out. It also doesn't inhibit the closing of the computer or leave any key shaped smudges on the screen as I've seen with other products like this. It got here on time and was in its own decent protective packaging. Also, it looks amazing on my Macbook Pro 13 inch non-retina! The only downside is that the key letters are not exactly lining up with the letters beneath it, which creates a weird 3D effect with the letters at night. I don't necessarily type in the dark though or use the backlight feature much anyways, so it doesn't affect me or my view of the product. I definitely recommend this for the on the go college student who needs a cheap, but well made keyboard skin.

Never used a keyboard cover before, but after having to replace the keyboard after a spill, this $7 bit of added protection seemed a no-brainer. Installs just by laying over the existing keyboard, lays flat and just looks awesome. I'm a pretty practical guy and did not really have any objection to the OEM keyboard color, but the green appealed to me and I really like how it changes the whole vibe. This particular cover has green keycaps, but is otherwise translucent, so keyboard backlighting comes through pretty well. Not sure how it will hold up long term, but considering the time and cost to replace the keyboard from a spill, I'll be happy if I get 6 months out of it. And by then, I may be ready for another color.

I was kinda iffy on buying This product due to some of The reviews claiming that it didn't fit or it wasn't durable BUT This product adds more comfort when typing as The silicone is super soft and thin in a good way (it isn't bulky). it also adds more character to your MacBook and is a great way show off to your friends all while protecting The keyboard

This product is good looking, very durable, and a super way to protect the keys on your MacBook Pro keyboard from getting dust and gunk in the cracks. I will be ordering more colors just to change it up.
