Did the job - easy to use
Instead of bringing a full BBQ camping just dropped some charcoal in the fire pit and used this grill to cook. Folds pretty flat and easy to pack away. It worked well for our needs & saved packing the bulky bbq. Size is good for a small family - we had 3 chicken breast on it. I like that it is stainless steel vs. painted steel since I wanted to cook directly on the grill.

I love it
This product is perfect for my needs. I take it vehicle camping, so after a night of grilling, having the carry bag is great so that if I don't do a great job of cleaning the grill before putting it back in my Jeep the storage bag keeps my other gear clean. It folds flat, so it takes up almost no space in my Jeep. Also, the size is great, allowing me to cook several steaks and chicken breasts, enough for 3 or 4 people at a single time; but small enough it's not ridiculous for me to cook something just for myself. I like that it is stainless steel because I have had grills rust in the past, and I hate rust. I just clean it good when I get home and so I fully expect this will last a very long time. I don't foresee it breaking either because the mechanism for the fold out legs is extremely simple, with no small parts to break or bend. It's fairly fool proof. I have owned several of these camp grills over the years, and the fact that I purchased yet another one should tell you about how much I liked those. I would buy this again.

I wanted to love this
I bought this grill grate because of the high star reviews and it was small enough to pack away in our pop up camper. The fire pit we used had a curved base and the legs didn't have enough friction in the out position to stay extended. The grate ended up collapsing during the cook. I was able to cook on it lopsided for a brief moment before it became too difficult to cook further. Grill grates retain grease and require extra effort in cleaning, as expected. This grate was also a little small for my liking. It would be nice to find a foldable grill grate that was small but could extend over an average size campground firepit.
