I have chubby thighs, i'ma 5'2 and 174lbs. i'm confused as to whether get one size or plus size? i normally wear a size l or 12 in pants..

That depends on the circumference of your thighs. My thighs have a 27 inch circumference, and plus size fits me well. If you have a flexible tape measure, use that to measure around your thighs, then look up the measurements for plus size. That will give you an idea of how well the socks will fit you.

My wife is 6,1 with these fit to stretch up to garter belt suspenders?

My wife is 5'-10" and she has to roll them up some
