Very heavy duty
I had to find a stand that was commercial / industrial quality. Something that could take a beating and or hold up under tough conditions. This is a very strong and good looking stand. Even thought it may seem expensive, I have compared to other stands I purchased previously and I will say its worth the money. Wish it came in black, but otherwise works great and fits the biggest ipads.

Not sturdy.
Lock broke on one. The second one's case broke off after a few months....too expensive to replace.
