Supportive and comfortable.
Great insoles. I bought a pair several years ago which needed replacing and these are fantastic! Worth the price as they last and are so comfortable and supportive e compared to anything else.

Broken streets of Barrow & a solution for Gel-Nimbus 23
I love to run but the streets/pavements can be a painful experience without the right equipment. The Gel-Nimbus 23 is a great trainer/sneaker but they do not provide the support you need if you have any slight pronation (under/over) as I do. Look closely: The Green Box through me off... But I am not wearing the box, so that's good. The size is tight for 6.5 and perfect for 7.5 UK fit. The delivery to the U.K. was painfully slow (only 1 provider that I found). I weigh 79kg at 167cm in height, so I do pound the streets when running. So far they have been good for me... I will update if I experience any other changes (02/22). Ness-E

Too narrow
Got the 9-10 and I'm a standard 10. Most shoes fit me straight away at this size but these inner soles are too narrow at the arch.

Good cushioning
I like the extra cushioning that they give. I use them in my trainers for running. I always buy the next size up in trainers so I can fit an extra pair of insoles helps stop my knees from getting a battering

La plantillas van muy bien. Es cierto que esperaba un poco mas de amortiguación y que fueran un poco mas blandas, pero mi principal problema es el vuelco del pie hacia dentro y me ayuda bastante a sujetar sin ser demasiado rígidas.
