The cover ripped off one of the ear pads on my Evolve 65 but the picture of this looks different than the existing cover. How did you put them on?

I have the evolve 65 also. It does look a little different. There is a outer flap on the new pad that you slip into the slot on the headphones. Honestly it is easier to install then it is to describe

Would these work to replace the earpad for the jabra evolve 40 ms (amazon asin# b072c5qxcz)? i don't want a fourth failed attempt to replace them!

Don't know for sure as I have the evole 65 which it fits perfectly. Pictures I've seen of the 40 look the same. So my guess is it will work fine
