Thank you for your question. These are cups are excellent for both static and massage (gliding) cupping. They are professional grade but excellent for home use and self massage. Just add a good lubricating oil or use in the shower with water and body wash/shower gel.

I bought the 4 cup set from this manufacturer and their are only pros, no cons. They are soft, easy to grip and do a much better job than the heated glass globes that we used previously. I can do cupping on myself whereas the heated glass globes were nearly impossible without doing ridiculous contortions. It's nice to be able to control the amount of suction you want for various areas, because different IS better! I don't think you would be disappointed with this set. I'm certainly not :)

A standard EDGE cupping set comes in 4 stackable sizes. The cups are ergonomically shaped but for best suction require a 2 hand compression particularly for the Large and XL size cups. ZEN cups come in 2 sizes and have a smooth and firm lip for frictionless glide on skin (best for scars, cellulite and fascial adhesions. BLISS cupping set is a set you want to get for both face and body cupping.
