I had a problem with the product after 6 months of purchase. I went to the company's website and they suggested some remedial actions but that dont work. So i asked them to direct me to a service centre and look what they told me. They sdaid product is sold by Amazon so aske them to repalce it, we don't have any service centres. Wow...One pay almost 6 times a normal weighing scale and look how one gets cheated. What a fraud. It looks bad on Amazon too to have vendors like these.

I bought this expecting that for the price tag it would be more reliable and accurate than your cheap generic smart scales. It barely pics up readings 90% of the time.

I bought this product in Oct 2020 is not working now I dont know what wrong with it eventhough the battery is 70% but it doesn't measure correctly, I would like to return it or fix if possible

This is a very useful weight scale but of course pricey. You have to set it up once, and then just stand on it and it will record everything from weight, heartbeat, BMI, etc all in your phone app.

Avoid this item. Never felt right ordering stuff from Amazon but recently it seemed that their services were good, till I ordered this scale .. set up first time worked fine. Next day it kept on resetting itself over and over and over.. it still does. It’s obviously defected. I try and return it, I find out I can’t as it has no return policy. No wonder it’s sold at a discounted price

These scales only work as promised if purchased in Europe. Some functions are disabled for the American market. By the time you find out, it is too late. You cannot return the device because it contains batteries that can‘t be removed. I spoke with customer service and they refuse to assist. They are just sorry. This is a case for consumer protection authorities now. I suggest DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Ik heb al jaren een withings weegschaal maar werd gek van steeds de batterijen vervangen. Daarbij was de weegschaal niet heel snel totdat ik deze nieuwe versie had aangeschaft. Wat een verademing! Hij is super snel en heeft een accu die tot 12 maanden mee gaat. Daarbij meet hij nog meer dan mijn vorige weegschaal. Echt een aanrader!

La app de Withings, Health Mate, es estupenda, desde la configuración inicial de los usuarios, hasta un máximo de 8 usuarios; hay dos formas de configurarlos: todos en familia bajo una sola cuenta principal o de forma independiente, cada usuario con su cuenta (y así no se sabe el peso de los otros). La báscula sabe a que teléfono enviar los datos, o seguramente los envía a la cuenta en la nube y es el teléfono el que se sincroniza con ellos. La báscula distingue a los usuarios por el peso y, si hay dos aproximados pregunta cuál es, a lo que se responde apoyando solo un pie. Si se le otorga permiso a Health Mate, se sincroniza con la app Salud de iOS, salvo el valor VOP (PWV) que aún no está incluido en la app Salud de iOS a pesar de que hay muchísimos otros valores y parámetros. De esta forma, en Salud tenemos una nueva fuente de datos además del iPhone y el reloj. El aparato es bonito y de buena calidad (la parte superior en un buen vidrio (o puede que sea cristal) y la inferior en aluminio). La batería dura bastante y, con una precisión de 100g (no tan precisa como los 10g de la de un pediatra), pregunta por la localización para una calibración inicial en función de la altitud.

I was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year, and went on a big health kick. Scales, blood pressure monitors, crazy expensive thermometers, you name it and I probably tried it. The most remarkable part of this scale is how accurate it is. I could take my measurements and go to the doctor within a few hours and the numbers were almost identical (once you subtract for shoes and slightly heavier clothing you’d wear in public vs the privacy of your own home). I’ve had scales growing up, but we all know the scales that “lie”. This isn’t one of them. I did have some issues getting it initially setup, but that was due to my own impatience. The scale comes partially charged, but in order for it to connect to the WiFi, update its software, pair with a phone and app, obtain user information (more on this in a minute), you really want to let it fully charge first. In my experience, it didn’t really like trying to charge AND perform all the setup at the same time. I gave up the first night and left it charging and in the morning I was able to setup the whole thing in minutes. The scale has a way of holding information for multiple people (I think 4, but I am a family of one so this isn’t a huge feature for me). When you use the scale, it will match you up to the profile it believes is you based on what you put in the app. Note: Try it first and get your base weight according to the scale. If you aren’t aware or are unrealistic, the scale will not pick up on who you are the first few times. After I adjusted it to my real weight, not my unrealistic weight I had in my head, it worked perfectly. The scale will greet you by name and actually takes more measurements than just your weight. You also get Fat %, Water %, BMI, Pulse Rate, Bone Density, and BMI. The scale will actually show you trending from your past few readings on the scale, so you don’t have to check the app to see progress. There’s also a weather function that tells you current vs daily forecast, which I find is useful. Of course, with everything in the electronics world, the more of the same product in an ecosystem, the easier it is to see all your measurements and trending going back for months, which is a huge plus for me, but it’s not required to use the scale as a stand-alone item. I’m a true believer in mine and although on the pricier side, you get what you pay for and more.
