Will it work with Mini med sensor 3?

This particular shape works with the Omnipod. There might be other shapes, but I don’t know.

Is this patch for the Omnipod Eros or Dash?

Omnipod dash works the best from the ones I’ve tried

will these fit G5 sensor?

No. For G5 Dexcom we have this perfect adhesive patches: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0743F6X4B?ref=myi_title_dp

how big is the hole? Will it cover canula insert for a Medtronic Pump?

This is a big hole. 2 inches. It fits an OmniPod perfectly. Depends on what kind of infusion set you use. We used mio with Medtronic and these would definitely not fit.
