how long is the product good for (expiration from date of manufacture?)

Not sure about the expiration date but I’ve been using this stuff for years. I would recommend that you probably buy a new bottle every year.

How well does this work for Avian situations? Bird flu, etc.

It will destroy any flu virus and or fungus and bacteria. The main thing is you need to let it sit for one minute after spraying and then you need to very carefully clean off any residue as it may cause problems for birds if the residue is left on any of the play structure and or cages

Can I use this to disinfect my reusable face mask?

We use it for any hard surface after we dilute it

Did the bottle you received have any kind of seal for the cap?

Yes no spray accessory however there are caps on the bottles they are sealed with a aluminum seal as well
