Nest X Yale Smart Lock With Nest Connect Satin Nickel

Highly recommended

Jumbo team who can to fix this told me that the one I got might be an used one because of the following reasons, 1. Battery cover key was missing 2. Screw from inside lock is used one, marks on it. 3. Strike plate was missing. If we compare the Lock cost from Amazon and jumbo, jumbo is cheaper, I paid around 1100/- jumbo is under 1000/-, so better go with them just to ensure product is not used one. But the product even though is used , it’s working neat and good. This is day1, if anything happens, I will update here.

Very frustrating that the lock requires a nest connect which is not included despite the description saying and showing that it is

Cumple

The install was easy of the hardware but the software did get a little tricky. Some of it was user error but once you figure out what you are doing, it's a breeze. I love that we can easily assign specific codes to each family member if we want to and we can do a guest code for a pet sitter while we are on vacation and change that code after we return. It also logs which family member/guest locked and unlocked the door so you always know who is entering the house. You can use the app to unlock or the keypad. This is totally keyless so be sure to have batteries on hand when the low battery warning comes on but if for some reason you failed on that part, you can use a 9 volt from the outside to operate it and unlock the door. It's really foolproof and you can't mess this up. Well worth every penny especially for a family on different schedules coming and going all hours of the day.

I love my Nest/Yale lock it’s so convenient easy to use and flexible for giving people access to my house if I’m not there. Unfortunately, after 3 years it stopped working the photo below is where the bolt broke. I bought a new one because they are great! A little expensive… Hope this helps!

The Google Nest x Yale Lock has been a flawless addition to my smart home setup. The construction is solid and high-end, with a sturdy feel that inspires confidence in both security and durability. What really sets it apart is how seamlessly it integrates with the Nest ecosystem. Setup was straightforward, and now I can lock or unlock the door remotely, get alerts, and manage access codes right from the app—no extra hub. It’s sleek, reliable, and eliminates the need for keys entirely. If you’re already using Nest devices, this is a must-have upgrade that ties everything together perfectly.
