The first time I inserted the cup by the punchdown fold, I realized that it doesn’t hurt and is very comfortable. It has been nine months since I have made the switch, and periods have become so hassle-free since then. I usually leave it for up to 8 - 10 hours and are perhaps more hygienic than pads, with no odor and no leakage. There are several ways to fold and insert the cup (mentioned in the user guide). You will be mastering the art after two-three cycles. I find it the most useful thing to pack while traveling. The cup is sports enthusiast friendly and can also have a jitter-less sleep.Hiccup provides a small jute pouch with the cup box, which makes it much better to carry. It has a guide/manual with all the information and instructions to be followed by the user. The user guide is of great assistance. Clean the cup thoroughly in regular water before reinserting, and at the end of every cycle, boil the cup up to 3-5 mins to sterilize it and store it back in the provided jute pouch. Sometimes when you have a problem getting your cup out, just 5-8 squats, it becomes easier to remove it. It is safe, comfortable, and I love it.
