The quality of the product is great and the flavor is spot on. It's nice to have on hand to add some extra flavor to smoothies or drinks, or sprinkle on top of yogurt. I have purchased other freeze dried strawberries and the color was still very pink. I needed this for a cake, but it turned the frosting brown instead of pink and look un appetizing. (do a test run for color first, even though I knew it would not be pink once I opened it). I am not disappointed in the product quality or flavor, just be aware that it is not pink in color in case you were hoping it was like I did. I store this in my freezer tightly wrapped. I find that it keeps it from becoming a hard mass over time in the pantry.

I love this powdered strawberry. I’ve been ordering now for about 5 months. I put it in everything. Milk, ice cream, pancakes etc. Sometimes it comes a little clumpy, but this is normal. Definitely recommend.

Great strawberry flavor!

As it is powdered I was able to make delicious at home smoothies without a noisy blender. It ended up coming out as good as a Boba tea mixture. Price and texture wise I used evaporated milk. For the small containers of evaporated milk I used about half a container in the end with a quarter of the container in the beginning. You can heat the water with an element if you are like a third of the planet. It tasted good both warm and chilled afterwards. The initial mix in the bottom of the cup, with a cup being 16 ounces is: A quarter a container of evaporated milk 4 tablespoons of powdered strawberries One scoop of vanilla whey protein and one and half cups of hot water Mix the above together until the mixture is smooth Put in another quarter of the evaporated milk Decide if you want the mixture hot or cold and add water or ice accordingly fill to near the top and enjoy
