Works perfectly with my Medela Swing pump and is SO much cheaper than the brand name parts. Won't buy Medela parts again, Maymom all the way. It does look a little different than the Medela parts but if you follow the instructions it works just fine. NOTE: It says don't push the valve on to far or it will be difficult to get off. I read this, thought I didn't push it very hard and yet I must have because I really struggled getting it off the first time so definitely listen to this advice!
