Are these slim enough to slide under an implant supported denture? Would the tip poke + injure the gums trying?

I am using them to clean around my crown and they work really well. they don't poke at all, just massage your gums.

Can these be used if you have permanent bridges?

They work very well on bridges, better than the complicated flossing. They are soft, but used carefully, you do not need several for one use.

are these for tight spaces or wide one?

These will fit into tight spaces as it is graduated from small to a bit larger. My teeth vary with spaces and this fits into them all. They will go partially through on tight spaces but that is OK.
