Fantastic
Arrived wicked sharp and feel fantastic in the hand. My company recommended these as this is what they use for fish processing. Very reliable and at a great price point.

Very Practical and sharp
They do feel great in your hands when holding. Nothing like other knives probably and they are worth the money. It is though a little funny since I received two knives with same 8" size instead of one 8" and another 7" as advertised when purchasing but heck I don't care a one inch is not going to be a big deal with me.
