Exactly What I Needed!
I purchased this to reinforce a part of my computer power cord where the skinny outer sheath was separating from a wider transition section in the cord. (The inside wires were still individually wrapped.) This product may seem a little expensive for the quantity that you get, but a replacement power cord for my laptop was going to be WAY more costly, so I figured it was worth a try. Following the instructions, I was able to mold the putty around the affected section of the cord, set it aside for a couple days to fully cure (part of it was really thick, so I needed to be sure it was cured all the way through), and Bam! my problem was solved. When cured, the putty is flexible enough that it doesn't break when bent, but stiff enough to reinforce the power cord. I actually used this product over a year before writing this review it is still holding up as well as it did a year ago when I first put it on. I would highly recommend this for any odd job where you need a sturdy but flexible final product.

Review of Sugru Moldable Glue
I recently purchased Sugru Moldable Glue from Amazon, and it has completely transformed my DIY projects and household repairs. This innovative product deserves nothing less than a glowing 5-star review! Versatility and Functionality Sugru is the most versatile adhesive I've ever used. It's not just glue—it's a moldable, self-setting rubber that bonds to almost anything. I've used it to fix a broken handle on my favorite mug, create custom hooks for my kitchen, and even repair a frayed phone charger cable. Whether it's ceramics, metal, glass, wood, or plastic, Sugru sticks to it all. After curing for 24 hours, it turns into a durable, flexible silicone rubber that withstands everyday wear and tear. Ease of Use One of the best aspects of Sugru is how easy it is to use. The product comes in convenient single-use packs, which you simply open, mold with your hands, and apply to the desired surface. There's no mess, no complicated mixing, and no special tools required. It's as simple as playing with modeling clay, but with a much more useful outcome. The instructions are clear and straightforward, making it accessible even for those who aren't particularly DIY-savvy. Durability and Longevity Once cured, Sugru is incredibly strong and resilient. I've used it to repair items that undergo significant stress and strain, and it holds up remarkably well. For example, the phone charger cable I repaired is as good as new, despite daily use and bending. Sugru's waterproof and heat-resistant properties mean it can be used in various environments, including outdoors and in the kitchen. Creative Potential Sugru isn't just for repairs—it's also perfect for creative projects. I've used it to personalize my tools and gadgets, add non-slip grips to utensils, and even craft unique jewelry. The possibilities are endless, and the product comes in a range of colors that can be mixed to create custom shades, adding a personal touch to every project. Value for Money Considering its wide range of applications, durability, and ease of use, Sugru offers excellent value for money. Each pack contains enough material for multiple repairs or projects, and the long shelf life means you can keep some on hand for whenever inspiration strikes or an emergency repair is needed. Customer Satisfaction Shipping was prompt, and the product arrived in perfect condition. The seller provided excellent service, and I appreciated the thoughtful packaging that ensures the integrity of the product during transit. Overall, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive, and I can't recommend Sugru highly enough. In summary, Sugru Moldable Glue is a game-changer for anyone who loves DIY projects, needs reliable household repairs, or enjoys creative crafting. Its versatility, ease of use, and robust performance make it a must-have in any toolkit. Give it a try, and you'll wonder how you ever managed without it!

Expensive, but fills a valuable niche
Sugru is its own thing. I think of it less as a super glue and more as a modeling clay that can replace bits of an object/part when full replacement doesn't make sense. One good example of this is the steering wheel of a vintage car, where a chunk has broken off. You can't easily get a replacement, but Sugru can fill that gap and make a lasting repair. The major downside, other than price, is that Sugru has a shelf life of 6-12 months before it hardens of its own accord. I have read that it will last about twice as long if you store it in a refrigerator.

Excellent for Customising Grips and Small Ergonomic Fixes
I used the black Sugru from this three-pack to customise an iPhone camera grip, and it performed exactly as described. My goal was to add a small amount of shape and contour so my fingers wouldn’t slip over a control dial during use. Sugru was ideal for this because it can be hand-moulded very precisely, allowing me to build up just enough material in the right place without tools or mess. Straight out of the packet, the putty was easy to knead and shape. It adhered well to the grip surface and stayed in position while I worked, which made fine adjustments much easier than expected. After curing, it set fully within the recommended timeframe and surprised me in a good way: once cured, it’s firmer and lighter than I anticipated, with a clean, rubbery finish that feels durable rather than soft or tacky. In use, the modification has held up perfectly so far and has genuinely improved the ergonomics of the grip. It hasn’t shifted, peeled, or degraded with handling, and it looks neat enough that it feels like a purposeful design feature rather than a DIY patch. This is a great product for small customisation jobs, ergonomic tweaks, and practical improvements where traditional glue or sealant wouldn’t offer enough control. Anyone who enjoys refining or adapting their gear will likely find plenty of uses for it. I’m impressed enough that I’m already thinking of other items I could improve with Sugru.

Really good at what it does.
I found sugru a few years ago, and have bought it off and on as needed for different projects. In the description its called a 'super glue' - well, sort of. To me, it's more like a self-curing modeling clay with glue mixed in. It sticks to what I put it on, cures without having to be put into a kiln, and can be shaped to lots of uses. But I won't use it to stick two pieces of a broken cup together - it would work, but the seam would have to be pretty thick. And it isn't food grade. What I have used it for: protect USB wire where it enters the plug, put a loose handle back on a skillet solidly, and add a hand grip to it - sugru's heat resistant, and has had no trouble with my x-hot burner turned all the way up, no discoloration, bubbling, etc. at all. I put little blobs of sugru on the ends of hooks to make them gentler on my clothes - I'd like to say they were little globes, but I didn't make them that perfect - but they do work perfectly. I put oil on the inside of a bottle cap and used it to mold bumpers for my toilets to keep the seat cover from pushing the top cover off - I wasn't sure how long that would take to cure, but in 24 hours it was fine; still there, unobtrusively doing the job. And I've used it to replace those little rubber feet that are always falling off of things. None of the sugru feet have fallen off yet. And what is VERY important for me is that this does NOT have a strong, lingering smell. I'm chemically sensitive, so a lot of the glues, molding products, epoxy's and such out there would give me a really bad day - or month. It does have some smell, but it doesn't last more than a few minutes after the packet is opened, and is not a strong smell - even so, some things would still be a problem with a mild smell, but I haven't had any problems with this, despite my sensitivity, so I'd say this would not bother someone who is not particularly sensitive to what's in it.

Not that Great
It’s almost like molding clay that hardens. But I was trying to put some ceramic piece together with it and I had to use crazy glue as well and it still didn’t stay together. I found I only needed a little piece of it and I folded the packaging really tight and secure and taped it and it still got hard within a day. I did not realize I was supposed to put it in the refrigerator but again I don’t know how long it would even last in the refrigerator. It’s not like I would use it daily or weekly.. There were only two packages and I opened one used a tiny bit and had to throw the rest away. Too expensive, didn’t work as great as I thought

Worked really well to repair the cracks in my cars dashboard, though it does turn a dark shade of gray and doesn't remain black once it's set.
