Great product. My labs had shown complete depletion in Vitamin D. I took this product daily, and my Vitamin D level was within normal range 3 months later at followup appointment. It is imperative to note that research shows that Vitamin D3 must be taken with Vitamin K2 for proper absorption. If it is taken without Vitamin K2, it is futile. So it's great that this manufacturer put both vitamins in the same capsule.

I bought these specificly because I was told I needed the K2 with my D3. I've taken vitamin D for years, but just within the last year added the K2 with it. The pills are made with coconut oil so they are vegan, and they look better than a pill made with gelatin. They absorb well, and I feel like I am getting the best bang for my buck with these. They are easy to use, and swallow. I take several a day. A couple in the morning with my morning meds, and a couple at night with my night meds. Because I still get a period off and on, when I do, I take a couple at lunchtime during that time. If you'd like to try improving your mood, try these, you might surprise yourself.

One small capsule covers both D3 and K2 MK7, so there is one less bottle to keep track of. Easy to swallow with no aftertaste, and the 60 count is a two month supply at the label dose. Good price for the combo.
