Bags work well
I have a sealer that will take a 12" bag so this bag fit straight across did not have to do the angle seal. Now I messed up the first bag not the bags fault. Second try success. Dit the first one 21 days and came out wonderful.I will be buying more of these bags.

Too small for my bone-in rib roast
Description states for boneless or bone-in but I could not fit a 9lb (3 rib) rib roast, the rib bones were just too long to allow it to fit in the bag. I removed the ribs entirely and it fit much better. It is possible that it could have fit if the rib bones were shorter, mine were the full width of the roast probably 8-9 inches.

Not meant for individual cuts of meat
I wish I had known before I purchased this product that it was not meant for use on individual cuts of meat. It may be in the fine print somewhere, but I don't recall seeing it. Haven't tried the product yet, as I haven't had a need to purchase a large cut of meat, hence my sort of neutral rating. Sounds good in theory, maybe as the holidays approach and the larger cuts of roasts are on sale, I'll give it a shot.

Too small
Not big enough to even begin to get a whole boneless rib roast inside.

Second purchase
I have used these before with excellent results. I just use the sink method and it really doesnโt make too much of a mess. Highly recommend.
