First time the motor will feel heavy to move the axis and when it's on it will get very hot , That's because the back bearing is tight . I wanted to return it but then I connected it to 24 volt and start adding some WD-40 to help it And let rotate for like 10 minutes then clean all and add a drop of oil . It worked the motor is great and very strong in torque and now it's smooth Slow but strong works from 5 to 24 Volt easily I gave it 50 volt for short time and it worked
