How many leads are supposed to be in a pack of leads?

Mine had one. Leads can be purchased at stores that sell drafting supplies.

What size lead does this use?

Don't know what "number "lead it is but I checked my spare lead and it measures .080 in diameter. Hope this helps.

No i dont believe so. That is what the ruler is fo. Nice tool for the price.

It is aluminum with some plastic parts. It has a diameter of 14". These dividers are excellent quality.
