We’ve been using it for a couple of weeks. The gooseneck spout really does make a difference for pour over coffee, great for making a cup of tea, etc., as well. The kettle heats up quickly, maintains the set temperature, but then eventually shuts itself off so it doesn’t go dry if you forget it. Very functional design, feels good in hand, and looks elegant on counter.

I couldn’t be happier with this gooseneck kettle. The design is sleek and modern, and it looks great on the counter without taking up much space. It heats up quickly and maintains temperature well, so there’s no waiting around or constant reheating. The handle is comfortable and stays cool, and the overall build feels solid and well-made.

Works great. Heats water quickly and keeps it hot afterwards but shuts off automatically. The digital temperatures show current temp and goal temp. Pours easily and accurately. Glad I bought it.

I bought the kettle about two months ago because it's very attractive looking on the counter and it is a Cuisinart, so I figured it's a pretty good device. Well, it is indeed attractive looking but moronically designed. Instructions say to line it up the arrow on the cap with the arrow on the handle. Unfortunately, when one pours boiling water, there is a small holr at the point where the cap and kettle meet so steam can come out of the hole and singe your finger. Moreover, when you pour it, water drips out from where the cap and kettle meet. I tried moving the arrow away, but it was much the same; not all the time but once is more than enough so that now I'm always a little wary of using the device. I paid full price and really wish I had not bought it.

I pondered getting this over a much more expensive version from another brand -- Have had very good experiences with Cusinart in the past, and their standard temp-control kettle is a gold standard, so I took the plunge -- overall very happy, love the gooseneck and the temp variables -- very nice to have warm but not scalding water when I want, and it is pleasing to look at and handle. Extremely fast heating, faster than expected. Less than ideal is the shrill beeping and somewhat wonky programming quirks -- it will make a fuss if it is low water but won't let you simply turn it off, etc... so its design stopped short of perfection, but is still an excellent kettle, and easy to use. In the future, I hope Cusinart makes their interface more elegant, and improves the sound design to be something more in tune with a lovely everyday sound that will be happy-making to hear on a regular basis. It's the little things that make a big difference. Overall, very happy with it tho!

This kettle is simply awesome. It is not too big as some other brands. I really like the option to set a temperature as green tea temperature is lower than black tea or coffee. The pour design works flawlessly and the interior is perfect. No taste is added so the water stays as good as it went in. The unit has a 30 minute keep warm function at the selected temperature or you can hit the power and it shuts off immediately. Time will tell on durability but it seems like this will last for years.

As expected from Cuisinart, this gooseneck kettle and the accompanying base look and feel solid and well-made. The base heats the kettle relatively quickly; capacity is the same as a long list of competitors, the controls are simple, and the flexibility to set a wide range of temperatures combined with the convenience of the previous setting being saved in memory is great. What I did not expect is the ear-splitting beeps the device emits. Turn it on - BEEP! Set the temperature - BEEP! And when it reaches the set temp, five more beeps. There is no way to silence these sounds, and I cannot imagine anyone wanting to hear them as part of their early morning tea or coffee routine.

So far, I’m loving this. I had to return another electric gooseneck kettle that stopped working after two weeks. I’ve had this one about the same amount of time and so far, so good, but it comes with a 3 year warranty so that gives me a sense of security. The kettle itself is much sturdier and the inside is stainless steel with no plastic exposed to the water. The volume of the kettle is also a bit higher so it feels like I can get a couple cups of coffee out of it before refilling. The pour is smooth with no water spraying too. The handle doesn’t get hot either. It’s everything I needed!

Muy buen producto. Ya llevo un rato usándolo y no he tenido ningún problema. La tetera ajusta muy bien la temperatura y el cuello de cisne evita derrames e incrementa la precisión a la hora de servir el agua caliente.

Funciona a la perfección, rápida y práctica

Me encanta, ya la uso mas que la de estufa. El contenedor es de acero inox sin plásticos, el sistema es muy fácil de usar y sirve para preparar una taza de te de bolsita o de filtro y cafe con dripper o instantáneo. Mi recibo de luz no ha subido desde que la uso y la uso diario y varias veces por día. Dos pequeñas desventajas si yo la activo estando casi vacía se activa, y los grados solo los marca Fahrenheit. Considero que hay dos detalles a tomar en cuenta, tiene un sonido beep que suena por todo, cuando aprietas un botón, cuando empieza, cuando acaba… a mi no me molesta y hasta me ayuda pero hay a quien puede molestarle porque no se puede desactivar, la otra cosa es siempre que hay que desactivar el botón de mantener a temperatura, de lo contrario seguirá encendiéndose y apagándose no se hasta cuando (porque como mencioné antes la mia no se apaga ni cuando esta casi vacía)

La tetera es muy estética. Se puede regular la temperatura a la que se quiere calentar el agua. No se puede cambiar a Centígrados, se maneja únicamente en Fahrenheit. El acabado de color es mate y se ve muy bien pero es delicado y fácil de rallarlo. Durante media hora, si no usas el agua y mientras no despegues la tetera de la base, cada 5-10 min vuelve a calentar el agua para mantenerla en la temperatura deseada. ❌ La descripción dice que la capacidad es de 1L pero solo puedes llenarla a 2/3 de la tetera (800ml). Si la llenas de más cuando hierve se empieza a tirar el agua. Es difícil ver la marca interna de capacidad máxima.
