Have been on this for 4 months. Total cholesterol is in normal range first time in forever. Triglycerides went from 364 to 165. Still a little high but way improved. Other numbers are normal. So impressed. Seems this is a natural “statin”, but I cannot tolerate rx statins. No problems with this so far (ie body aches). So. Yay.
