I bought once, than a shop increased price. It’s a pity

Incredibly difficult to get seal out of bottle to use product. Bought larger refill size. Wax type insert, to keep from leaking. Used pliers, waxy plastic would break & NOT pull out. Kept breaking pieces off. Used tweezers, butter knife try to get under to fit finger under & lift out. Tried poke a big hole. Almost cut hole in my hand. Eventually it went inside the bottle . Some splashed out in process. Not a whole lot. Great long plastic syringes provided , to get rose water out of bottle & fill jars, without spilling. Overall, Great refreshing product. Beautiful smell.

Love this brand of rose water. It smells wonderful. I use it for my hair regularly. I finally subscribed to the larger bottle and it is impossibleeee to open! I appreciate that it’s spill proof but I’m hoping a new seal can be used in the near future.

Opening the product was the worst. I had to get a tool then I spilled product. Isn't there a better solution.

I love the large rosewater container that's available for purchase as I make a cleaning mixture for reusable wipes and cloths. But it is very difficult to open as it comes with a large plastic plug that is not easy to remove. I have punctured the container trying to use a screwdriver to pull the plug out. It could be packaged better and made easier to open.

Great rose water at an great price!! Will last a long time.
