Not 30 gels!
This is the 2nd time I've bought these and I've just got to the end of the bottle. I purchased on Septembwr 3rd and now the bottle is empty. It has only been 20 days since I opened the bottle so it definitely does not contain 30 gels as states.

Just like majority of solgars other product this is excellent. The price point is also extremely good based upon the quality of product you’re getting. This is an essential nutrient most people can benefit from specially if you are taking cholesterol lowering drugs, have heart issues or suffer from chronic pain. If you are older then you may benefit from the reduced form of Coq10. Solgar is an excellent company. If I am looking for supplement and Solgar makes it that’s the one I will usually get. Highly recommended.
