Description: Thermoplastic resins are used to manufacture polypropylene webbing. Uses that require a strap to be waterproof and UV resistant are ideal for polypropylene. This webbing also rejects acid, alkaline, grease, and oil. Because of its flexibility and gentle touch, polypropylene is a very versatile webbing. American Beauty Polypropylene Webbing from Country Brook Design has a dynamic appeal, sure to fit that special need. Its resistance to stretch and mildew make it perfect for those applications in damp environments. Some rolls may contain factory splices. If you need a continuous roll let us know. May be shipped in two 50 yard rolls to save on shipping. Specifications:- 1" wide - Approximately .048" or 1.20mm thick - 600 lbs tensile strength - UV resistant - Water proof/mildew resistant - Melting point of 330 degrees Fahrenheit Notes on Use: It is best to use 1" hardware with this polypropylene webbing. D-rings, buckle, triglides etc. are sized by the webbing or straps they are meant to be used with. Tensile strength is the average breaking point under good conditions at the factory. We recommend that you use no more that 75% of the tensile strength of any webbing. Country Brook Design cannot be held responsible for misuse of our product.
